Reprop Financial is a division of Reprop Investments, Inc., established in 1978. We are a regional niche real estate collateral lender - a boutique operation concentrating on commercial, industrial, agricultural, ranch and non-owner occupied residential lending. We offer financing in the range of $250,000 to $3,500,000 per loan within California, and $300,000 to $3,500,000 in other western states.

Glenn Goldan is the Founder and CEO of Reprop. His extensive background in real estate - from agency, brokerage, and property management to development, legislative reform, and consulting - provides a unique underpinning for specialty lending.

Because our roots are 30 years deep in real estate, we can generally find a creative solution for the most difficult collateral. Our customers are the bankers and mortgage brokers who refer us their customers. Their customers are the borrowers who have good equity and a plan, but who may have been turned down based on their previous track record (or lack of one), credit, or the uniqueness of the collateral or loan request.

Extensive underwriting of the property and the borrower, and hands-on servicing is the key to Reprop's success. The company's performance has been outstanding throughout its history, which has weathered a number of business and real estate value cycles, as well as ever-changing interest rate environments.

Organized and licensed in California, Reprop also does business in Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming, and is actively seeking to expand its market area.
