We provide construction financing for commercial, industrial and ag-related projects, subdivision infrastructure and buildouts, spec construction for seasoned builders, single family homes on larger acreage, owner-builder projects, and multi-family facilities.

Use the links below to obtain our Builder Pack which includes the information we need to approve contractors, and forms for costs and materials. You can also find our commercial loan application which we'll need for all commercial projects.

::: Construction Application Packages

These forms can be filled in online, or printed and completed by hand. If you prefer email please send the completed docs to info@reprop.net. Borrowers can also use our brief Personal Financial Statement, or our Business Financial Statement, both in an easy Excel format. New contractors will need to complete our BuilderPack.

Bankers - Please submit your completed loan file, along with our BuilderPack, to ReProp Financial, 555 H Street, Eureka, CA 95501.
