If you are looking for a rate sheet or lending grid – forget it! Our loans are tailored to meet the needs of the request. If a 20-year fully amortized loan is the best solution, then so be it. But if a hybrid rehab construction/cross-collateralized/prepaid interest during rent up/mid term take-out loan/interest only, then partially amortized loan works better, we love it. In fact, we’ll be the first to make seemingly convoluted suggestions, if it improves your borrower’s cash flow.
