Their customers are the borrowers who have good equity and a plan, but who may have been turned down based on their previous track record (or lack of one), credit, or the uniqueness of the collateral or loan request.

Since we personally manage the transaction until it closes, and we portfolio every loan we make until payoff, we can make the following promises to you:

This is important, since many of the loans we fund are transitional in nature, meaning you can place your customer into a traditional loan product after 2 to 5 years with us.

We are competitively priced and avoid long lock-outs and prepayment penalties on our transitional loans. This allows you to place your customer in another product when the time comes. If the need is long term, we will do 15, 20 and 25 year fully amortized loans as well.
