Susan Diehl McCarthy at the California Mortgage Association

CMA Fall Seminar - Las Vegas, October 23-24, 2008

Susan Diehl McCarthy and Glenn Goldan will be presenting a session on Commercial Underwriting of Single Purpose Properties.  The focus will be on the enhanced risks in financing single purpose properties, how to manage risk through careful underwriting, documentation, loan covenants, expert help, and sound exit strategies.

Past President of the Callifornia Mortgage Association, Glenn Goldan, spoke at this year's CMA Summer Seminar in San Diego, CA, July 24-25, 2008. Glenn is currently on CMA's Board of Directors and leads the Commercial, Construction and Pool Manager's Focus Groups and will be moderator/speaker on commercial lending in a declining market as well as a roundtable for Pool Managers.

Loans energize Arcata Theatre Lounge project – July 2, 2008

SBA Financing for Historic Property ::: ReProp took a referral from a local bank, then partnered with the City of Arcata and with Arcata Economic Development Corporation to provide SBA 504 financing for the conversion of an older movie theater to an entertainment venue serving all ages. Our participation assisted in transforming a dark site near the hub of Arcata’s business area to a vibrant place for people to congregate for concerts, family and special events.
